An interesting mixture of fantasy, real world and science fiction gone wrong!

As online gaming RPG’s have taken off so well, it would only be a matter of time before an anime was created around that theme, and .hack// has all the references to virtual reality gaming complete with virtual reality visors and sophisticated computers. The anime makes out it gives all people, children, teens and adults something to do in their spare time, yet their virtual world isn’t what they thought.
